Rosato 2025
A fresh and energetic Rosato from Montepulciano d’Abruzzo grapes, harvested by hand at night and fermented with indigenous yeasts. Bright, mineral, and shaped by the clay soils of Loreto Aprutino.
Rosato 2025 begins in the vineyard. The Montepulciano grapes were harvested by hand during the cool hours of the night, allowing us to preserve freshness and work carefully with the fruit.
After gentle pressing, only the free-run juice and the first fractions of the press were selected. Fermentation began spontaneously through indigenous yeasts naturally present on the grapes. The wine then matured on its fine lees, gaining texture while maintaining precision and vibrancy.
The result is a Rosato that reflects both the energy of the vintage and the landscape from which it comes.
A Note From the Vineyard
Rosato 2025 was harvested during the first week of September, when the vineyard still carried the energy of late summer. Picked at night under a full moon and fermented with indigenous yeasts, it reflects the freshness and optimism of the beginning of harvest.
