Sentieri is a small agricultural project in Loreto Aprutino, Abruzzo.

We produce wine and olive oil through a low-intervention approach rooted in attentive farming, healthy soils, and respect for seasonal variation.

Our Approach

Soil First

Everything begins with the soil. Healthy plants, healthy ecosystems, and meaningful products all emerge from the same foundation.

Working Within Limits

We adapt to the conditions of each season rather than trying to overcome them. Our goal is not maximum yield, but long-term vitality.

Low Intervention

In both vineyard and cellar, grove and mill, we intervene as little as possible so that each harvest can express itself honestly.
